Feedback is sensitive. We treat it that way. Your participants’ answers are stored by invitation, not by name in reports. Results are shown in aggregate by role (e.g., Peers, Direct Reports), and we apply minimum group sizes so no single person can be identified.
Your company name. We only use it to place your results in cross‑industry rankings. It won’t be shown to your respondents, used in marketing, or shared with third parties.
No marketing spam. You’ll receive operational emails only—verification, survey status, and insights from your own survey.
Participant emails. We use them solely to send invitations or generate single‑use links. We don’t contact your employees for any other purpose.
Your results stay yours. We never expose individual ratings. We may use the overall average score (anonymized) to improve our industry benchmarks; it is not connected to your identity in public materials.
Org Context (“floating x”). This is optional context—like size, work mode, or industry—that helps us interpret scores fairly. It is used for analytics only. If you change companies and want a fresh context, please register a new account.
Sharing is your choice. You decide if you share your report with your manager. We recommend sharing key insights with your team to close the loop and avoid “feedback fatigue” in the future.
